File transfer enables you to quickly and easily transfer files between your host and client computer. You can use the File Transfer feature or you can drag and drop files simply by clicking on a file and dragging it between computers.
To transfer files
From the Viewer menu bar, choose Tools, then Transfer or Sync Files. Or you can click the File Transfer button in the upper right-hand corner of the viewer window.
The File Transfer window opens. The host PC files are in the left pane, the client computer files on the right.
For the computer you wish to transfer files to, browse to and select the folder to store the transferred files.
For the computer you wish to transfer files from, browse to and select the file or folder you wish to transfer and either click the Transfer button or drag-and-drop the desired files to the destination computer.
Click Done from the File Transfer status window when complete.
To drag and drop files
To drag and drop files directly between your host and client simply drag a file or folder from the viewer window to your local computer (or the other way around) to start copying.

Note:
If you are having difficulty finding the files to send, or finding the
files you sent, this is likely due to the use of a user profile, which
most often occurs with Windows 2000. To transfer desktop files stored
in your profile or to find files you transferred to your desktop, you
will need to look for the appropriate folder within your user profile.
Windows 2000 users: go to
C: Documents and Settings, then Your User Name, then Desktop.
Note: If you are having difficulty transferring files from Windows Vista, it could be that you are attempting to transfer files from a folder that requires privilege elevation. To transfer these files, first transfer them to a folder you have permission to write to, then move them to their final destination using Windows Explorer.
